Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Omaha West

We are here for a wedding and needed to move out of another hotel bc their a/c wasn’t working - manager was amazing! Very helpful and let us check in early so we had time to get ready for the wedding. Rooms are clean, spacious and have all the needed amenities ! Thank you for saving us from a sweaty night!!

Great breakfast offering and breakfast attendant! The rooms here are clean and well maintained. Anti slip skid tape is needed in bathtubs, it catches you off guard and I was lucky to catch myself on the wall. Overall worth a visit and definitely a better stay compared to most Fairfields.

Was in town for the "All is Merry & Bright" movie premiere and the production booked us our stay at this hotel. Phenomenal customer service as well as room cleanliness! Felt extremely comfortable there and the location was a safe location. Only change or modification I'd have would be to have breakfast options for vegan/plant based visitors who can't, or don't, eat animal products and dairy. They may normally have those options, but did not for my stay. If I'm ever back in the Omaha area I'd most def book here again!

I made a reservation for myself and a family member who had some medical issues. Before making the reservation via the Bonvoy app I called the location and spoke to Jennifer, who is a front desk clerk. I was so impressed with how informative, helpful, and accommodating she was, as we did have some unique circumstances that needed attention. As promised, she was there when we arrived and had everything set for us. Beyond the excellent customer service we received from Jennifer, it’s important to note that we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations provided. I am a Marriott loyalist, but in this case, I felt it was important to write a review because Jennifer was exceptional and the location was terrific -very close to our medical destination, as well as lots of restaurants and shops.

The only thing I would say, is it would be easier for pet owners if you put them on the first floor. Besides that, great stay.

The room was comfortable. The staff was pleasant, but not exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was good, but not great (like the hotel we stayed at the prior month where a staff person made 'to order' omelets, in addition to all the other choices).

I needed a couple nights to myself for a nice little stay cation. Great service, great rooms, great staff, good continental breakfast!!! Very happy and well rested. I didn't hear any other guests even though the parking lot was full.

I had a long-term stay at this hotel (4+ days) and it was a very good experience. The location is tucked away in the back, which I really appreciated—it felt private and quiet. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was attentive when I needed anything, such as extra towels. Both elevators were in service, and the property remained peaceful throughout my stay. The only improvements I’d suggest are updating the mattress and vacuuming the hallways more often. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable long-term stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
